K1: Children born on 31st December, 2023 or before (2 years and 8 months)
K2: Children born on 31st December, 2022 or before (3 years and 8 months)
K3: Children born on 31st December, 2021 or before (4 years and 8 months)

Date of submission: 9:30a.m. to 5:00p.m (Monday to Friday)
                                 9:30 to 1:00 (Saturday)

Application Process

1. Complete the items on the application form. (The form should be completed in blue or black ink.)
2. 2 recent photos (one should be attached to the application form, another one will be collected by school)
3. Please bring along the applicant child’s birth certificate (both original and copy).
Remarks: If the applicant child was not born in Hong Kong, please submit other identification document (both original and copy) to indicate his/ her eligibility of admission application.
4. Application fee HK$40.00. (The charging of the application fee is approved by the Education Bureau and the fee will not be refunded once paid.)

Admission Procedures

- After receiving the application form, our school will immediately distribute a note notifying the date and time of the interview.

- Interview with all the children who apply. A parent/guardian will accompany the child for the interview and interview by game.

- Admission Criteria
1. Interview performance.

2. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in our school will be given due priority consideration.

3. The applicant with sibling(s) whose graduated from our school will be given due priority consideration.

4. The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration.

5. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants could be arranged where necessary. Applicants are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during interview to facilitate communication. Admission Notice

Admission result will be posted on our notice board and website on 7th November, 2025(Friday).

If the applicants do not receive an offer, our school will place the child on a waiting list. The result will be sent by post.

Arrangements for the registration of alternate students: The kindergarten will notify by telephone. Parents are requested to come to the kindergarten on the designated date to complete the registration procedures, and must submit the registration certificate and pay the registration fee.

Admission arrangements

1.Parents are advised to pay attention to the Education Bureau regarding the application the "2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission". The registration fee will be refunded by cheque on September 2025. Applicant drops out of school, registration fee will not be refunded, please be noticed! *the centralised registration dates.
2. Registration fee: $970 (half-day class), $1570 (whole-day class)
3. Please hand-in a 2026/27 Registration Certificate" for K1 students.
